Organization Set To Launch Its Young Professionals Affiliate Group
Buffalo Urban League celebrates the launch of the Buffalo Urban League Young Professionals
On Friday January 25, 2013 the Buffalo Urban League Young Professionals (BULYP) will host its Launch Party and Membership Drive. The event will be held inside the beautiful Statler City Georgian Ballroom, located at 107 Delaware Avenue in downtown Buffalo New York from 6pm -10pm. The event is free, but by RSVP at rsvp@bulypny.org
“Talent, drive and determination alone aren’t enough to propel you toward success in the professional arena,” says Stephanie Foreman, Buffalo Urban League Young Professionals President. “Through BULYP’s unique networking events, we’re providing like-minded peers an opportunity to network and establish relationships with some of Western New York’s most talented young professionals. We’re also providing our peers the opportunity to meet other movers and shakers in our community across an array of professions.”
In addition to celebrating the launch of BULYP, the event will feature on-the-spot membership enrollment, an opportunity auction and networking amongst Western New York’s most influential young professionals. Special invited guests include Buffalo Urban League President & CEO Brenda McDuffie, National Urban League Young Professionals Vice President Rahshib Thomas, Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown and many more.
