What are the words that you are saying to yourself? What if everything you said to yourself or about yourself would come true. What would you be?
I have always been taught that there is power in your mouth and that whatever you say had the possibility to come true. This can be witnessed in the life of the famous Boxer, originally known as Cassius Clay, Muhammad Ali the three-time World Heavyweight Champion is widely considered one of the greatest heavyweight championship boxers of all time. Not only was he the greatest because he had the skill set to be it but because he said it and he said it often “I am the greatest, I said that even before I knew I was.”
So I ask the question again what are you saying to yourself? Like Muhammad Ali I challenge you, starting today that whatever you say about yourself will be positive and encouraging words. The more you say it, the more you will believe it. Muhammad Ali shared “It’s the repetition of affirmations that leads to belief. And once that belief becomes a deep conviction, things begin to happen.”
Just think about the things that will happen once you start speaking life and saying positive things about yourself. You then will believe in what you say and you will see changes.
