I remember running into this event while in Atlanta for the BET awards and I remember just seeing a bunch of black people going in one direction and once I saw that I decided to go that direction too. Once walking to the location I was greeted with nothing but music, fly people, cameras everywhere and what I like to say Go Gettas everywhere, this was my welcome to the A3C.
What is the A3C you ask? Well, the A3C is a conference that brings together artists, creatives and entrepreneurs in the music industry to connect, learn and create. The 3-day conference aims to empower and educate those that shape hip-hop music, technology, and culture.
The A3C Conference hosts dozens of panels, workshops, mixers, mentor sessions and interviews with hundreds of tastemakers, thought-leaders and industry experts. In addition to the conference, there is also a 2-day indoor/outdoor hip-hop festival in the heart of downtown Atlanta at The Georgia Freight Depot on Sat, Oct 7 – Sun, Oct 8. The A3C Festival features 2 stages, food trucks, and games in the heart of downtown Atlanta.
